Metro may start, schools might remain shut: Unlock 4.0

New Delhi: Unlock 4.0, to open up economic activities in India and will start from September 1.Unlock 4 will come at a time when India’s infection tally has ballooned to more than 3 million and over 58,000 people have died due to the Coronavirus disease.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi had first announced lockdown with effect from March 25 to combat the coronavirus pandemic which was subsequently extended till 31 May.“All necessary guidelines in place to combat the spread of the COVID-19 virus shall be implemented, and all efforts shall be made to make travel safe for our valued commuters,” he said.
