NEW DELHI: Paytm is planning to progress its workforce by adding over 1000 employees for tech and non-roles to the current headcount of 7000 people.In addition to that, the company is vitalizing its leadership by adding nearly 50 senior level employees.
“Over the last 3-4 months, we have inducted and virtually onboarded close to 700 new colleagues at various levels in Paytm. These new hires would be made for both tech and non-tech roles across Paytm and its subsidiaries,” Rohit Thakur, CHRO, Paytm told ET.
“Our talent management strategy is to have an agile set of processes and procedures to attract, onboard, develop, and move talent to achieve the strategic objective and key results,” said Thakur.
