Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta launched the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign, Mission to plant 70 lakh saplings across Delhi

Chief Minister Smt. Rekha Gupta today launched the Green Drive Portal at the Delhi Secretariat under the ‘Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam’ campaign, taking forward the mission to plant 70 lakh saplings across Delhi.

She urged every Delhiite to join this people’s movement for a greener, cleaner and healthier capital.

Citizens can book a slot for the Mega Plantation Drive, register as an Environmental Saviour and reserve free saplings from the nearest government nursery at greendrive.delhivanmahotsav.in.

Under the Vriksh Rath initiative, expert teams from the Forest Department will facilitate plantation at homes, institutions, residential colonies and other suitable locations with saplings, equipment and technical support.
