Happy Diwali – Let the festival of light cover the darkness (ash) of crackers !

Diwali is one of the best festivals celebrated in India signifying the advent of New year and symbolizing the  victory of light over darkness. the triumph of good over evil tells us the quintessential essence of goodness in the world and motivates us to inhale good values and exhale bad values to become a better person.

To light up the dark is goodness,

To bright up the sky is goodness,

To illuminate the society is goodness,

To activate humanity is goodness.

Since ages, Diwali is celebrated joyously but the mode of celebration varies as time passes. Earlier, more importance was given to Diwali Pooja than fire crackers . Nowadays, the opposite is in existence. Celebrating the festival in the purest form and inheriting the message it provides is the real celebration. The darkest night of the year gets dissipated by seeking exhilaration in holy prayers , illuminating and decorating home with diyas and rangolis , taking blessings of elders.

Lighting up diyas is the spiritual celebration of Diwali whereas firing up crackers is the materialistic celebration of Diwali . The former one is age-old practice and illuminates light inside as well as outside. The light of diyas covers the darkness and showcases the “Power of Light”. The later one is the ostentation of money power and disturbs the nature as well as humans too. A thing which is disturbing cannot be in any form the part of celebration !

The firing of crackers disturbs the ecosystem as well as small children and old people. We should not disturb others . This is not the real enjoyment of Diwali . Diwali teaches us goodness , goodness to serve humanity and nature and not to irritate them . The firing of crackers even extinguishes the diyas , in this way , crackers disturb the primary form of celebration as well .

This Diwali ….. Be the Change !

Highlight surrounding with Light

Light of Bright Light

Bright Light of Diyas  and not crackers .

Let’s celebrate this Diwali by remembering age-old traditions , experiencing the divinity of prayers , enjoying with family and friends !

Let’s Celebrate Diya-Diwali and not Patakha-Diwali !
