Beat Lockdown with these simple Health tips 

This unexpected self-quarantine period has drastically taken a toll on our health. Lockdown hasn’t been easy for us. We are experiencing the most difficult times now. We have never imagined we could face any grim situation like this where we will be confined in our homes for more than 3 months. With gyms and all the health & fitness centers closed temporarily, people are left with no choice but to skip their workouts and exercises. Further unhealthy diet and no morning walks have deeply impacted our health.  Financial loss in business, loss of jobs, or pressure of working from home have doubled the mental stress and anxiety among professionals. And this sudden increase in stress is causing depression even among financially stable and successful people. You can take the recent example of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput, who was suffering from depression and decided to end his life even though he was famous and was a successful actor.  So, you have to take care of yourself and be fit and fine. These simple health tips might do wonders for your health. 

Take regular breaks

Work from home might not be the same for everyone. Some are comfortable with it but some find it difficult. Taking regular breaks in between might help you. Also, sitting on the chair continuously might affect your body. Get up after every one hour and just take a small walk and refresh yourself. 

Avoid caffeine and smoke smoking together

Sipping a coffee or a combination of coffee and cigarette is too dangerous for your health. Might increase the chances of a heart attack. So you have to avoid caffeine and cigarettes together. 

Communicate with your partners or family members 

Control your stress by controlling your anger. Too much stress can increase the anger which may lead to quarrels and fight among partners and other family members. Don’t isolate yourself after your shift is over instead come out and sit with your family members. Chat with them or some activity with them. Don’t let your thoughts confined in your mind, let them come out and you feel relax. 

 Avoid junk and heavy food

A large intake of junk food might bring more trouble for you. It might increase fat in your body and ultimately you will gain more weight. With gyms and parks closed, you will find it hard to reduce your weight. So, instead, drink more juices and less food. More intake of juice will strengthen your digestive system and boost your immune system.

Good sleep and Meditation 

A sound sleep and meditation are the key ingredients of a healthy life. Meditation is the best way to reduce all the anxiety and tension. It relaxes and refreshes your mind. Helps to burn the negativity inside you. Develop a habit to meditate regularly. Avoid coffee and tea before sleep. A good sleep will remove 90% of the health problems. And daily mediation will bring positive results. It will help to improve your memory, focus, and concentration.
