Stories of the Navaratnas (Nine Gems), impartial justice, and victory over invaders have inspired generations. Dr. Mohan Yadav hails from the Ujjain South Assembly constituency and shares a deep connection with this heritage. Before his full-time entry into politics, he was actively involved in plays based on Vikramaditya and has even portrayed the role of the emperor\u2019s father, Gandharvasena. After assuming the Chief Minister\u2019s office in December 2023, Dr. Yadav has systematically incorporated the ideals of Vikramaditya into contemporary governance. One of his key initiatives is the Vikramaditya Vedic Clock. Launched in Bhopal along with a mobile app, this innovation connects the traditional Hindu Panchang (calendar) with modern technology and symbolizes the harmony between ancient Indian science and the contemporary world.
