Taking Care of Kidney

Kidney is an important part of our body whose work is to clean the blood, build red blood cells and maintain water balance. To keep the body healthy, the kidney needs to be healthy. Kidney purifies water and blood in our body and excretes toxins through faeces and urine. Our kidney is most affected by our diet. If you consume oily food more than your kidney becomes fatty and you may have to face many problems. In the last few years, the problem of kidney failure is emerging rapidly in India.

Kidney failure or fatty kidney can be of any age. Your lifestyle and your food are responsible for this disease. If you also want to avoid kidney problems, then improve your lifestyle and food.

How to Provide Better Protection for your kidney?

  • If you want to keep the kidney healthy, then first of all, eat a nutritious diet. Eat salad, roti, lentils and green vegetables in food. Remember to reduce oil intake in food.
  • Reduce salt intake in food, only 5 to 6 grams of salt should be taken daily. Avoid eating outside food. Excessive eating of spices and oil in the outside food can damage your health.
  • Get into the habit of drinking more water. Use at least one and a half to two liters of water throughout the day. By drinking more water, sodium, urea and poisonous elements are cleared from the kidneys, which reduces the risk of kidney disease.
  • If you have trouble with blood pressure or sugar, then you control your BP and sugar. Use BP and sugar medicines. You know that people with diabetes are at risk of kidney damage.

Avoid smoking:

If you smoke then avoid it. Smoking reduces blood flow, and also increases the risk of kidney cancer by 50 percent.

Reduce weight:

You want to stay healthy, lose weight. Weigh yourself according to your height. Do workouts.

Reduce the use of medicines:

If you are fond of eating medicine even in small problems, then control the blind use of medicines. Use of painkillers can harm your kidney.
